News and Notes –  Cashner back on the DL.  Gerrit Cole coming off the DL on Saturday.  Buchholtz coming off the DL tonight.  Huge ups to Tim Lincecum for his 2nd No hitter against the Padres.  Matt Adams is hot!   Yoenis Cespedes is also hot!  14/37 with his 1st inning double tonight.  Erasmo Ramirez demoted to AAA, his spot in the rotation lines up with Taijuan Walker.  Michael Wacha and Jaime Garcia on the DL with bad shoulders.  Alex Wood back in the Braves rotation after the injury to Gavin Floyd.

Free Agents Jesse Hahn- 6.8% owned on ESPN.  27 K’s in 22 and 1/3 innings, 3QS.  Charlie Morton continues to pitch well with no luck, 11 K’s today and was overshadowed by David Price.  Matt Shoemaker is pitching well for the Angels.  Pick him up and ride him while he’s hot.

The Coach’s Office-Twitter- How hard should I go after David Price in a trade?  Facebook-Is Devin Mesoraco going to regress or is he a legit top 5 Catcher going forward?  Facebook-If I’m in 13th place in a 14 team keeper league with 6 teams making the play offs should I start selling off now or wait until after the All Star break?
