Obviously Rest of the Season Rankings are always a fluid situation, but the news coming out about the drug testing agreement between the NFL and NFLPA make them a white water rapids.

Both sides, NFL and NFLPA, hoping to finalize a new drug policy tonight in which suspensions will wind up being overturned.
